I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.

Ran 5am with sister it was slow, but she has not ran in a while since she just graduated for BYU Hawaii, and she ran the whole thing. I just did circles around and ahead and visited with her.  It was a fun Run

Ran the parkway this morning at 5am started with my sister ran the first 2 miles then she headed back , I ran another 1.5 miles a little bit faster pace and was able to finish the last mile with her.  I felt prett good this morning.  trying to improve my speed.

started with a warm-up of 2 miles the I did 6 200x sprints and then 1 400x sprint in which I thought that I was going to throw up so I walked 1 lap and the jogged a 1/2 mile.

Ran to the taylorsville gym which was 8 miles and then did an hour spin class.  felt pretty good, the spin class was hurt my legs after running, its good for me.
