I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.
Ran down 10600 till that trail before redwood and then over to 9800 and back up to my home it felt good this morning its finally cooling off in the morning but staying dark longer which is a little scary running by myself.
Yes for sure. I was a little nervous running off the track and Im doing TOU half this weekend and didnt want to make myself sore.
