I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.
Ran early morning, ran a few times in Hawaii this last week nothing to speak of, so this morning run was a little harder that it should have been.
