Started out planning to do 10 but after the first 2 miles I noticed that my HR was staying above 160. I decided not to push it at all and cut the run short. HR Ave. was 166 and max was 185. 1:16:31 with 10:32 pace. 9:43, 9:58, 10:33, 11:09, 11:06, 10:38, and 10:32 with 2:52 for last .26 mile. 57 min was in zone 5. Not sure what was going on. HR is still above 80 half hour after the run. |
