PM. 1:02:56 with 10:01 pace. 9:51, 9:47, 10:24, 10:36, 9:29, 9:49, and 2:59 for .29 miles. I have been doing variations on the same course with the toughest miles being the same elevation rises. Not consistent but feeling better. I was starting to train for a marathon because Tim wanted to run one in May or June. He injured his shoulder and isn’t running now. He plans to do 10 K in May and a half next September. He was going to come here but not now. He said he is thinking about a marathon in a year. I am not sure what my plan will be. |
