Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.

Was going to run but didn't :-/ Did play 14 holes with Erik and enjoyed it a lot though.
Finally a jog. Didn't feel good, went really slow, but made it! And feel OK so maybe more progress.
Finally an outside run. Nice sunny cool day. Felt like a sloth but otherwise fine. Leg much better on the path.
In Houston, on mill. Legs felt much better than the mill run in BH.
Mill run on last morning in Houston. Didn't feel well yesterday morning but v glad to get the blood moving before sitting on planes all day.
