WHP from HC with Shannon. Then golf. A lot of steps!
Just golf
Turbo run during a break in BSC. Wu, then 5 x 2:00 hard (7:19->6:58) w 2:00 recovery. Felt pretty strong.
Plus 10 minute row and golf. Just wanted to move the blood a little faster after the day off.
Felt awful. Was going for 5 slow and ended up with 4 very slow. Something's not really right with my health.
30 minute Peloton ride. Still felt off but sweated buckets.
