Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.

Married, science writer/editor, enjoy life on the coast of Maine
Marshall Cup part deux. A lot of walking again. Didn't finish last!
Gorgeous short SH run plus GW in the evening.
Did light weights 2x and rowed 12 minutes. League after work.
15 minute wu, 8 x 1:00, first 6 at 6:58 pace, then 6:53 and 6:49 for the last two, short wd. Felt a bit wobbly at first, better as I went along.
Light wl 2x then a very slow 4 on SH.
Easy full Schooner Head + golf. Warm sunny day.
