| Realfit. Decided to do a progressive run for my cardio "challenge," so started slow (6.7 mph) and sped up .1 mph every 30 seconds. Reached 6:54 pace and 1.5 miles in 11:34. Also lifting.

| A nice walk around Compass Harbor, but no real workout on a chilly, wet day.

| 15 minute warmup, 8 x 1:00 at 6:58 pace with 1:00 recover at 8:41 pace. Felt pretty strong despite steamy conditions in the gym.
