Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.

Howard K visiting from VT. Ran slow around WHP, pleasant visit.
Golf, played better.
Not really fast, but hard. JAX triathlon, did 15 minute row (2.2 mi), 15 minute bike (7.7k) and 15 minute run (1.95 mi). Calf cramp made me start run slow, went from 9:40->6:40 by the end. Pleased to almost make it to 9 miles total (8.93).
