In SC, steamy and warm. Ran around Isle of Palms and enjoyed it. Was trying to relax and slow down, but last two miles were 8:03 and 7:46.

Same route as yesterday. Much dryer and more pleasant, but later in the morning and strong sun. Went deliberately slower but still finished with a 7:58.

Mixed it up, ran the Lagoon route before heading out, turned out to be 2.5 so added a bit and ended up on the beach. Great crisp cool morning, sun still intense though.
