| 1 mile warmup, 2.18 miles in 16:25 for JAXfit 30-min competition. Also did a whole bunch of situps, pushups, bench presses, a few squats and a couple minutes of planking.

| Schooner Head trail. Not a great run--ran slow (8:40s) but felt weird and shaky, started sweating profusely on a chilly day. Hopefully sweated out whatever evil humors I had.
