In FL! Got lost. Ended with 6.5 total miles but thought it prudent to stop running after 50ish minutes. Walked in from there.
New shoes. Just a quick early morning run on the mill before an all-day retreat. Felt OK.
Did all my Realfit challenges in 50 minutes, including 2k row (8:06) and 1 mile at 10 degree incline (done last, 12:24)
