A lot of walking over the weekend (50k steps!) in Atlanta but no real workout. Finally made it to the hotel mill for a short run that felt OK.
Hotel mill part deux. Didn't feel good at all :-/
Realfit w 4 x 2:00 accelerations. Started at 8.1 mph and ended the last one at 8.6 mph. Felt a little better than expected after abs/light lifting.
