Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.

Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.

Along the mall in DC on a sunny if chilly morning. Nice run, but didn't push, so pace was slow.
Realfit - 1 minute of a bunch of exercises, including running at 10-degree grade.
Shoveling. Ugh. 4+ hours, 2+ feet of snow.

Ski on EL east side. Difficult in snowmobile tracks but no real grooming. But fun, with Ron.
