I just started college and am a little lost without my xc and track from high school!  But I'm beginning to breach the long-distance scene, which is fantastic!

My foot was really sore in one spot from my hike yesterday, it hurt to put on shoes at all and I couldn't get rid of it.  Thus, I swam for an hour and got my 500s out of the way, but I hope this goes away soon so I can start running again.

I went for a hike earlier this week and found that I hurt all over in my legs the days after. It was a truly humbling experience! Hope you are feeling beter after a day of rest tomorrow!

Yeah, it's crazy how much more sore I get from hiking than running. I'm glad I took Saturday and Sunday off, and Monday I could run on it again!
