Four miles of hiking in the morning, so I halved it and am calling it two.
Afterward I went for a run, it was pretty hot around 10 this morning! |

| | I went around Wasatch Lawn and back. It felt surprisingly good for being the day I got back from camp. |

My muscles were pretty sore from the long run on Saturday. |

| | 2 miles warm-up, then 10 strides with a small hill. Then we did fartlek, 3 on 3 off 3 times. I was feeling really good today. |

| | We ran up dry creek. Some parts weren't so "dry", but overall it was a really excellent run. |

My foot was really sore in one spot from my hike yesterday, it hurt to put on shoes at all and I couldn't get rid of it. Thus, I swam for an hour and got my 500s out of the way, but I hope this goes away soon so I can start running again. |

We did the cemetery loop. I stayed with Susannah the whole time, though I must concede she slowed down a little for me and it still kicked my butt. However, I was still pretty proud.
In the evening I did 3 easy miles. |

Trail run on Pipeline. I'm still a little sore, but not bad.
Tonight I went on a 2 mile run, and my shin splint really started hurting, so I iced it afterward. |

My shin splint started acting up, especially on the downhill, so I took it easy today and iced it.
In the evening I did 42 minutes on the bike. |

| | We did a warm-up, then a fast mile. I did mine in 7:22, but my shin was hurting so I didn't do any more timed stuff. Then I did a cool down with Susannah. I iced my shin afterward. |
