| | Greg and I were the only ones who showed up as far as I know, so we did Shoreline (actually, not really we- he ran a lot faster than I did). It was a pretty hot day but I love Shoreline, so it was all right. |

| | I was pretty sore from the trail run and the orthotics yesterday, but we just did Shriner's and the guys went up to the "U" on the mountain. It must have been far because they weren't back for a long time- I just left. Hopefully I won't be too sore tomorrow. |

In the morning I had a workout with the team. We did 5 strides and then 5 hills, and it felt pretty good. Then we played Ultimate Frisbee!
In the evening I did an easy 4 miles, but it didn't feel so good. It was not a good idea to go to Bajio and then go running, incidentally. |

| | We ran at Liberty Park. We did a lap warmup and then some strides. Then we did a timed mile, mine was at 7:09. I feel pretty good about it, because I haven't done much speed and I'm a little sore from hills yesterday. Then 2 laps cooldown. |

| | I had a pretty good run up at Bear Lake! They have a really good hinking and binking trail lined up with their main road that I used. The run felt all right, but my calves were sore for about the last half. |

We did the cemetery loop, and when we got back we did 10 strides. It was pretty hot, it's definately summer...
In the evening I ran from my house around Sugarhouse. |
