Drop a few lbs. Long-Term Running Goals: I have long-term biking goals. Running is completely out of the question with the Meniscus in my knee. Personal: I'm in the 60-64 Age Group.....Yikes!

I rode North on the MVC trail, then West on 5400, then all the way back on the Bacchus Hwy to 11800. Nice Loop!

I rode North to 5400 then out to Bacchus, then South all the way into Herriman. Then I rode all the way up Rose Canyon to the trailhead and back home.
