Never fear, I still worked on the eliptical for 1 hr and 25 minutes. So it's allllll goood.
Just a fun fact here. I've eaten like a horse this week and
have still lost poundage. This is great news as my choice of food has
been as follows: chocolate, chocolate, 4 giant cinnamon rolls, more
chocolate and at least 3 cupcakes , a milkshake plus all the other regular old protein
and food I normally eat. Better stop, I'm going down the path
