Strength trained my legs for about 20 minutes first thing today. 47 minutes spent on the elliptical, further wearing myself out. A really bad session of 12x400's at the track. I felt sluggish and lacked pick up. Last Wednesday's session was better. I haven't slept enough the past 4 nights. That, I'm sure, has not helped the cause. As well as the horrible eating I've been doing too. FAIL.
