Are you sure you're not pregnant?

I was having a similar discussion with my wife last night because she has felt really low energy levels this week. I told her that I've learned a lot about my body through climbing over the last 15 years and I've come to realize that the human body cycles between low and high energy states at different times. I generally find that with me I cycle low for about a week and then begin to trend up again over a couple weeks, have a nice high trend for about a week and start to trend down to a low. So, I get about 4 weeks of good to high energy and 1 week of low. After talking with other people about it, it appears this is actually fairly normal, although timing my be different for people. You can do research online about it, but maybe you are just cycling low right now. I was certainly that way last week. And I can feel myself starting to trend up right now. I hope I'm still at high energy for my race in two weeks.

Yep. Definitely. Laughing hysterically one second. Angrily yelling the next. LOL!

Jun I think you are right! In fact, I thought about it and one of my friends that I run with had her low a few weeks ago. She couldn't run well that week and kept mentioning it. I have it happen in a cycle too I noticed. It's no good. I am so glad I am going to be gearing back up soon!

Very nice miles today. Good luck with your long run tomorrow if you are still doing it. You are far from a whimp!

Yes Lyns, Shawn could very well be a dead man....somebody has been lazy if you know what I mean
