Ran 8 miles. Started at 5:50 am, was going to run horse corner/exhaust up my nose loop. Had a bad feeling so I turned around and ran the 3 mile out and back loop I had been doing last week. Added in a couple more miles just because I feel really okay.

Seriously, be careful, I just heard that four women running alone have been attacked in the early morning in Highland. So Scary!!!!

I run in cedar hills/ highland area in the early morning all the time. Were there really attacks? Was this on the news? Ok, now I'm thoroughly freaked out.
