Ran 11.80 on the tm this morning. I'm going to have to do some cross training tomorrow because my legs feel pretty hammered. I miss running outside!

Thanks Oreo :) I didn't do anything crazy unfortunately.
Scott your running is pretty mild eh? Oh well, SGM was probably awesome for you and you can look forward to a possible PE right?
Jun- I want to run outside, but I have to run before 7 am and it's toooooo dark and scary for me. Maybe I will try alone tomorrow and see how it goes.
I actually was considering doing a trail run on Saturday near me. I think it would be fun fun fun.

Toss the treadmill...it's really sick when you get right down to it...kind of like a minivan or other life sucking contraptions...nice miles though...you a tough cookie!

Dooood, no doubt. I am ready to bust outside tomorrow morning and run alone...in the scary, dark, dank, river trail. Gulp. Why? Why can't it be summer anymore?!?!?!?!?!?!
Trail run Saturday here I come.

Do you have somewhere else beside the trail to run that is more lit up and well traveled? Even around the neighborhood is better than the TM!

There's always the track, but who likes to run in circles? :)
