Met up with Lynsey this morning for the Provo city 5k. Rain/ hail/ snow- we ran in it all! Good thing it was only 3 miles! I had so much fun at this race despite the fact that I started going into shock when it was over. Seriously, I started feeling loopy and my fingers had no dexterity. My goal this year (because we all need a goal for something right?)  is to run a 5k in 20 min or less. Looks like I am closer to that goal than I thought! During the race I knew I could've run faster but I didn't. I was afraid of crashing and burning to soon. But next time I'm going to punch it even harder and I WILL meet my goal.

Side note: I ran 4.50 at the gym later this afternoon as well. Felt good.

Wow! Very nice time on your race. You crushed my 5K time :) Good luck with your goal. Mine is to break 21 minutes at some point this year. I have a long way to go.

Nice job Lily! You are super super fast! You should be able to break 20 minutes no problem, especially in better weather.

Congrats on the nice 5k PR!
