I still didn't go to bed early enough last night (10:30) so this morning I was so tired.

Went to the gym and elipticized for 50 min. Lifted and worked core. Left and came home to run the river trail 5.50 miles in 41:03. Fun stuff. I felt slow and tired today. Probably because there was barely a 12 hour recovery between this mornings and last nights workouts.

Killer work out, especially after what you did last night. Very nice Miss lily! Hope you have an excellent day.
