7 miles with some speed ups and downs and repeating that several times. Weights lats. Is it summer yet? Can the temps just start slowly climbing at least? how about 38-40 degrees for a night time low so I can run outside and not feel so cold. Or the sun coming up like an hour earlier? I am stuck in a rut. I am ready for this weather to change and go away. I'm not complaining if Summer came early this year for a change. Please Motha Nature?!?!?!
