7 miles with some speed ups and downs and repeating that several times.

Is it summer yet? Can the temps just start slowly climbing at least? how about 38-40 degrees for a night time low so I can run outside and not feel so cold. Or the sun coming up like an hour earlier? I am stuck in a rut. I am ready for this weather to change and go away. I'm not complaining if Summer came early this year for a change. Please Motha Nature?!?!?!

It's warm here in Texas! I try to take advantage of the cool weather here cause the heat will be blast when I have to face it in the upcoming months.

When I lived in Utah I had a hard time Jan-April with the weather. I HATE going outside in the cold and dark weather. Don't blame you for staying inside.

I am so with you! I know it's been a mild winter, but it's still been really cold. December was one of the coldest Decembers we've had for a while, just not a lot of snow. Can't wait for spring!

I'm trying to enjoy this winter now because I know next winter we won't be as fortunate... that being said... I still wish it were Nice and Sunny outside.. all year round!

it's almost march. it's almost march. it's almost march....

more daylight is coming. better running is on its way. the layers will be shed, one by one, until we are all running around in the bright warm sun.
