27 min elliptical hell. Yep. Then ran 6 miles, a tempo. Then weights biceps and tris. Some hip flexor plyo. Great for runners!

Oooooo....tell me more about the hip flexor plyos? I've been having lots of issues with these darn hips (I'm going to blame it on having kids..triples :) ).
