1 hour 45 min on the eliptical. 20 minutes on weights. 10 minutes on core. The gym is a ghost town every Friday. Maybe this is a good thing.
18 mile run tomorrow hopefully with Julie.

good luck with the 18 miler tomorrow. i am running 18 with RAD along the jordan river parkway -- you and julie could join us. although i understand it is somewhat of a drive...just wanted to throw out the option.

Love to take the Friday rest day! Come and run with us if you're up for the drive. Of course, you'll be done about 2 hours before me :) But, I've heard there may be some bananas around at the end.
