Elliptical 46 min. Lifted random weights (yeah I'm back doing randomness because I don't care).

Came home and ran  6.5 with 3.5 of it tempo . When I left, no wind. Halfway through the wind picked up. The wind made the run less than awesome and the tempo struggled.

I'm thinking I have some kind of strong energy field or something. I have noticed more and more that when I would run under street lights, they would suddenly pop off. This happened 3 times on the same loop, no lie. Eeeeeeek

Nice job getting so much done so early!

Holy Crap, I was lucky enough to get home just as the crazy wind started!! I can't imagine trying to run tempo in that!! Nice job. And that really is kinda weird about the street lights. You should test it on other things today ;)

I notice that sometimes too, with the street lights. They are programmed to go OFF when you get near them. Now that doesn't make much sense to me! So maybe you are right, its not the lights themselves, but the powerful MOJO we are giving off.

Awesome workout Lily! It was definitely windy this morning. Stupid wind!

The wind my peeps..... so nasty! I had to run straight into it for more than half my run this morning.

About my energy/PH? Wella, my friends are convinced that I have a strong PH. When I stop training so much and am around them more, their monthly cycles start acting up then end up matching mine. So weird. And that is no lie.

I tend to make the light bulbs in the house pop out too. It's really weird, but that's the truth. it's all my mojo-femininity ;)

Okay so I just walked downstairs for my 3rd cup o water of the day, and I touched a little tin star night light next to the sink, and the night light bulb turned off. Honest. What the?!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are on of the X-women. Kind of like magneto, but more luminous and less evil.
