I got some decent sleep last night after going to bed at 11-11:30 every night since Sunday. Last night I was out by 8:45. This mornings workout: weights -shoulders. Then 30 min elliptical hellishness, came home and ran 6.1 outside. Avg pace was 7:47. Calories burned...j/k haha
Tomorrow: 8-9 miles outside in this beautiful weather. Its Friday woohooo!
