Time, unless you are staring into Burt's beautiful eyes.

From RAD on Tue, Oct 19, 2010 at 15:22:50 from 67.172.229.125

Is Burt like Medusa? You shouldn't look into his eyes?

Nice work as always Lily! Do you ever get tired of the elliptical? I do, I hate it honestly. But, you always seem to be faithful at getting some good time in on it. Just curious.

RAD, yes I do get sick of the eliptical. I never used to work on it that often, but I've found it's a great cross training method. I used to spin a lot as well. I should get back into it now that's it's dark and dank in the morning.

It is a great cross trainer...I just get sick of it, but I never do of running :)

Burt's sarcasm.

I hate the elliptical -- however, now that I have a waterproof thing for my MP3 player, I really like pool running. It feels good, I can do it for longer than the elliptical without going out of my mind (so far 1:30 is my longest) and I feel that I get a pretty good workout (I am always hungry when I am done though!!).

Burt's eyes? I couldn't move past those amazing pec's ;-)

Bonnie!

You're embarrassing me.
