Worked out @golds on the eliptical for 45 min. Worked my core before I had to take off- but not as well as I would have liked. Came home and ran the river trail loop 2 times for a total of 7 miles. I felt good running today and my pace felt good. I didn't feel tired at all. Yesterday there was a huge wind and rainstorm. Looks like it did some tree damage on the trail.
