What's up with this weather? I ran 10 tm miles inside with my friend Julie today. I did jump on the elipitical for 10 minutes as well. Then worked my abs doing 2 diff movements. Maybe if it stops raining this evening I'll take myself on a date outside to run :)

Total run time: 1 hr 14 minutes.

**pm update** ran 3 miles with Julie up the river trail. Beautiful yet slightly nippy evening run. It was awesome and our splits were great!

I have to disagree with Burt regarding dating the bike dude. If anything I think you need to pummel him with massive amounts of pepper spray.

Okay Jun (I feel special that I know your real first name BTW) I just looked at the Sapper Joe website and I must say I am impressed. That looks a little hard and your results form last year looked awesome. There's a pic on there of you too. Sure you know that though.

I bet I could bet the course record for the 50k for Women. Just sayin..... :)

Sapper Joe is fun. You probably could beat the CR. I'll plan on seeing you there Saturday morning. The gauntlet has been thrown. Ok, maybe not, but something to think about for the future.

I would totally do it, but.....I am running run13's 5k on Saturday and I am totally betting on PRing that race. I am trying to do it in under 20 minutes. So I can't back out now, or it's going to eat at me the rest of the summer.
