Weight trained for 20 minutes. But I am just not into lately. Its ok, I don't NEED to be into it with Boston sorta on the horizon. Ran 9 miles with some serious pick ups from minutes 40-60. held a 7 min tempo the last 3 miles too. 16 minutes elliptical hell. Oh heavens, it's so boring compared to running and getting a rush of endorphins. Ah well.
