This morning I was up at 4:20. Ran 7.25 at the gym, in 49 minutes. Worked the eliptical over for 35 minutes. Lifted some upper body, some lower. Crunched the abs. Laughed with Kira. The end. Now onto a sunny day. ( I willed it here, so you can all thank me later).

BTW- Fellow blogger Merri had her bebe boy yesterday. Can't wait until post partomy is over so we can run together again :)

**pm update. Ran 3.50 up the river trail. The first mile was with my oldest son Gavin. He tried his best but turned around and went back home after the first mile.  Splits: 7:50   6:55  7:02  3:02**

Yay! Lani posted something about her new nephew, so I thought so.

Look at your mileage total already this week. Very nice job getting out there and racking up the miles (while I sleep). Oh and then you had to go hit the elliptical and weights and did core? Superwoman!

I think I need to know how tall you are. Because unless you are like 6 ft tall I don't understand how you get your legs to move so fast. Those are some crazy-fast splits. Nice job.

Hey what's up Jun? I was going to tell you that I think I am on my upward trend now. Fatigue is gone now. :) I also wanted to tell you that I just barely put that CD in the mail. So sorry! I had a hard time burning it for some reason. But now it's done and done. It'll be there just in time for your 50k on sat. I'll have to send you the Oakenfold cd seperate because it's acting like a beotch to burn as well.

BTW- I'm 5'10 :)
