Ran about 8 miles with Julie. Did a couple of weights afterwards on my legs. I think I am shifting back to running more. I am kind of sick of weights being my main focus. I miss the run!

Yay, I know!! Andrea give me a few weeks and we can do a run together with Allie and Rachelle. I wanted to join so bad last Sat. but my endurance just isn't there. I'll get it all back quick I'm sure :)

Yeah!!! I agree Lily. I like to lift but it will never be my main focus. Running is just so much more mentally fullfilling. :) It keeps me sane!
