Ken the true test would be to run a new years day race. We'll see if I have fitness gains.I know I am able to run distance comfortably again (after recovering from shin/calf injury and taking thyroid meds). I need to register for one soon.

Nice Lily...I piddle around for my whole run...PureCadence is a great shoe...I love it... you actually recommended the Kinvara to me years ago and it was good but I like the better stability and cushion of this one. Merry Christmas! May your dreams come true.
