Ran 5 miles in 36:08. Then I elipticized (i made that word up) with Kira for 37 minutes. Did some core work before heading home. I can't believe I may be running in rain again for that 5k on Saturday. I am shaking my head because that would be my luck. And who wants to venture out tomorrow afternoon for a race packet pick-up in memorial weekend traffic? NOT ME. So maybe I'll be a rebel and pick up my packet the morning of. Maybe I'll also be a rebel and take a hit of an illegal performance enhancing substance just before race time. j/k.  :)

No performance enhancing substances. You don't want to be hairichesticized. (I made that word up.)

You're fast. I'm excited to see your time on Sat.

The weather has absolutely killed my Spring this year. I have had to cancel or postpone so many hikes and runs and it only figures that Sapper Joe will be wet and muddy on Sat. I guess it will be an adventure.

Diet Dew is legal.

I could do the dew! Hahaha

Scotty I wish I was going to have an adventure on Saturday. Dang, we could be having a mud fight!

From Scott Wesemann on Thu, May 27, 2010 at 15:57:37 from 66.239.250.209

You could kick my butt in a race, but I'm pretty sure I would come out on top in a mud fight :P

From Lily on Thu, May 27, 2010 at 16:22:23 from 67.199.181.73

Was that a challenge?

From jun on Thu, May 27, 2010 at 16:27:08 from 66.239.250.209

Good luck on Saturday. When you are done you can swing over and fling mud at us as we cross the finish line. I'm so tired of our weekends getting ruined by weather.

Yep ;)

Alrighty Scotty, I'm game!
