I woke up feeling like death and when working out, I was dead weight. Yesterday killed me (morning run & eliptical, weights abs, evening dance class, then came home and ran 3.60). So i jumped on the elipitcal for an hour. Somewhere in that time I worked up the guts to run on the tread, just 3.50 It killed me all the same. I was thinking about running outside tonight but I think doing that will require peeling my dead body off the couch to do it. I don't think I can do it. I need carbs today. Tomorrow is at least an 8 mile run on the agenda- maybe 10 if I feel good. Anyway, meet my only little girl Maile:
