I was so close to running to 11 miles again today but I needed to stop and lift before I had to leave. I hate stopping short of a full mile! Anyway, I ran 10.60 in then lifted for 15 minutes. I never did run last night, it was to windy.

I get noticed too, but it's usually for my doorags. I ran last week on the river trail and passed by quite a few people. I got back to our gym at work and had 3 people comment that they saw me on the trail. I only remembered seeing one of those people. So, I guess it's good to be recognized. You for your workouts, me for my outfits. :-)
