I have been getting 8 hrs of sleep the past several nights. I am feeling better, hooray!! I'm going to try and keep this up without boring my Husband to much. I think starting up my multi-vitamin is helping as well. I am going to go get some iron supplement too. It can't hurt.
My legs are still tired from vacation but I still got up and out today. Ran 7 miles on the trail. 7:41 avg pace. I am really noticing how much lighter it is outside. I left at 5:50 am and by about 1.5 in it was starting to lighten a bit. By 3 miles it was light enough to see everything. I brisk walked a mile cool down after running the 7, I used to do that all the time last summer. I enjoy it. Weights and plyo's at home afterwards.
I'm on a mission. I swear! Going to drop the 12 lbs I've put on since the Saint George marathon. I've been to relaxed since about January. It WILL COME OFF.
Hiking up to Angels Landing Saturday. Sweaty betty, I was sweating so bad my shirt and shorts stretched out and were literally hanging on me. I felt gross!

Nice picture! And I am willing to bet most of those lbs are solid muscle. You are definitely NOT relaxed.

It is a lot of muscle I built over the winter Melody, you're right. I feel like it's slowing me down though? I know that sounds weird but I swear it is. Some of it is fatty patty though. It has to go... ha :)

Nice workout this morning Lily! I agree about the mornings. It is nice to not have to worry about running in the dark. We need to start aligning out workout schedules and running together at least 1-2 times a week.
Love the picture! :)

I love Angels landing. Did you go all the way to the top? That last dance up the ridge is a bit exposed. I can't wait to get back there next month.

Scott I did make it to the top. Those pictures are on my Nikon. I've just got to get the card out and upload to web albums. The picture posted here was with my phone. RAD sleep is underrated. We must sleep more! :) Jake, have you been to Capital reef? (I bet you have)

I've only been through Capital Reef briefly several years ago (before I even moved to Utah)... haven't done much exploring there. So many places to go!!!

Capital reef is awesome. I ran one of those trails there last summer in the heat right before hobble creek. You've definitely got to go! :)

Burt that's because I've seen you do P90x and your pits were like water fountains.
