And 7 miles a day is back. ran the beautiful river trail and the new river trail that will soon connect to mine. I came out from my trail turned a corner, ran south on main for .10 and there is the other trail. so so so beautiful. tomorrow I will bring my camera.

sorry 5 is my magic number. But I do agree 7 is MORE perfect. It happens to be my favorite number. Way to go LILY. hey, are you running SGM?

I am. I did the runners series. Who knew I would be plagued with injuries when I signed up last year. But I refuse to fall to my injuries. Done with being DOWN!! soo.... you should run TOU again. Love that race.
