50 min on the ellipitcal. Worked core. Came home and ran river trail twice. Saw TylerS and Rich who are fast fast runners here in SF. Of course they passed me on the trail.  I don't get passed on the trail usually. So that should tell you how quick they were going. :)  splits: 7:53 7:31 7:35 7:34 7:30 7:01 7:30

Runners are out in full force this week. Nothing to do with the SS on Saturday I'm sure.

Wow lets see if I remember how todo this blog thing.... Sorry for not talking more today. We were doing speed work and it so happened that it started right when we ran into you. I really couldnt talk..so sorry for being rude. The guy that I was running with was Carl Hansen. He is really fast, Rich was a no show this morning. Good luck at the SS, I am not racing it this year. I need to run long, so I am going for a 20 miler with hopes of running 3 miles of the SS with Rich. So I will see you out on the course. Burt I can give you a ride??? But you will have to run from my house to the start line!!!

I use to be fast! Trying to get back to where I was last year before Top Of Utah! You were clipping along real fast too...and to have never been passed on that trail..WOW We run that trail on Tuesday's for speed work. We start out by tree road and make a big loop back through the river bottoms.
