| Three miles 3% decline .5 @ 9:13 1.5 @ 8:34 .5 @ 8:13 .5 @ 8:00 Lifted for legs Spin - Very hard class, she had us stay at 80% effort for 40 minutes and every twenty minutes we had to go to 100% effort. The hardest part was after the first 100% effort only backing down to 80%.

3 easy mile at 1% incline first on at 9:13 second at 8:34 third at 8:00 finished with .1 at 6:58 Lifted for arms Spin - A lady in my spin class gave me a Boston Marathon poster today...she said when she heard that I had made it she got online and ordered it for me. It is by LeRoy Neiman from 1979. It is so cool that she would think of me and go out of her way to get it.

| I ran 5 miles on my own and then 5 miles with the running group. Felt really good. We ran on the Legacy Park way. It is so flat and it felt good not to fight the hills (I did miss the down hill though) splits 9:42 (ran back to car for gloves and hat forgot to stop watch) 8:35, 8:35, 8:36, 8:57, 9:03, 8:54, 9:09, 9:04, 9:14

I wanted to run 10 but couldn't get out of my house this morning. I kept changing my mind on what I wanted to wear. I ended up wearing too much and had to strip down halfway through the run. Ran 4.5 on my own and then 4.25 with group Splits - 8:56, 8:47, 8:49, 8:41, 8:48, 8:55, 9:04, 8:57, 6:50 (.75) Went to breakfast with the group and Trevor gave a great class on cross training to prevent injury. He almost had me convinced to try swimming ALMOST.

| Ran 6.5 before the group and then 5.2 with the group. I was so happy to see Andy's car in the parking lot today. I started to have bad feelings about my run...it is not in a scary place at all but I am always a little afraid when I run alone. To make matters worse I kept thinking as I ran..."That would be a good place to hide a body" boy I was on one this morning. At least I had the comfort of knowing Andy was some where on the trail and that made me feel better.

This was my first 10K I was not sure how I would do I just wanted to run even splits for the most part. The first part of the race was gradual down hill with the second part gradual up hill. splits: 8:08, 8:13, 8:25, 8:06, 9:17, 8:16 You can really see what mile was the most up hill...I think I could have pushed that 5th mile faster oh well next year I saw Fly and Andy at the race really fun to see them again.

| 6 miles elliptical 11% resistance, not really feeling it today got up late, ate way too much yesterday! did it in a pitiful 43:16. One year ago I would have killed for that time now it is just sad. Yoga - I forgot today was a 90 minute killer class. They did some stuff I really don't think the human body should do! Of couse I was no were near able to do most of it, It was good for a change but I like my normal class.

| Did really like my run today. It felt harder than I thought it should have. I talked to Andy after and I think I am going out too fast, I will try and slow it down next week. Splits:8:42, 8:35, 8:35, 8:41, 8:45, 8:30, 12:55 (forgot to turn watch off to meet the group AGAIN!!!) 8:53, 9:04, 9:03, 9:12, 8:45 After looking at the splits I don't feel as bad but those last three miles were hard!
