6X400 meters 1% incline. I did the first one at 7:18 but that felt a little too hard. I did the rest at 7:30.  I think I will try to do two at 7:18 in two weeks.

Very nice. Have you ever done strides before?? I have noticed it makes that first one feel alot better after doing them. And gets you ready for those tough intervals. Great job though you are looking great.
