Met the BBK's at the Riverfront parking lot. We warmed up for 3 miles. Then we headed over to the hill. We ran up and down at a fast pace. I took my first bathroom break. Then we went to the trail. We went 10 minutes kind of hard then 5 minutes really hard. We turned around and did it again. On the way back my stomach was really hurting. I couldn't keep up with the others. I made one more bathroom stop, then cooled down until I hit 10 miles. My splits were 10:05, 9:11, 9:37, 8:29, 8:07, 7:49, 7:51, 7:33, 8:08, and 9:14. Average pace 8:37. |
