I had to be done early for football this morning. I parked at the Treehouse and ran the 2.5 miles to Dimple Dell. I got there just as the others were starting. We did our usual Wasatch Blvd run. I felt it was a great run. I ran the hills a little slower, but I didn't have to a walk up them at all. The last 10 miles were almost all under an 8:00 mile. Average pace 8:35. Then I jumped in my car and drove to Bountiful. Luckily, I didn't feel stiff. I |
