| Met the BBK's at Bingham. We ran through the neighborhoods, over to 9800 South, to the top of Glenmoor and then ran back. I'm slow, but I'm going to keep working on it. I've got a month to get faster. Average pace 8:50.

| Met the BBK's at the Riverfront park. Warmed up for a mile. Then we made our way to the hill by the cemetary. We did 3 x 1 mile repeats that included a loop around the cemetary will a short recovery between each. Then Michelle and I ran until we hit 7 miles. I was breathing way hard.
